Titanium Plain Tubes

Product Range

Titanium and titanium alloy pipes and tubes welded, welded and drawn, hot finished and cold finished manufacture. Tubes/pipes are normally round.

Hot finished - o/d 25mm to 210mm with wall thickness 4mm to 30mm

Seamless Cold Finished - o/d 1.5mm to 110mm with wall thickness 0.1mm to 5.5mm

Welded - o/d 6mm up to 110mm with wall thickness 0.7mm up to 4mm

Finishes - annealed, polished.

Applications

• Pipe - used in chemical plants, petrochemical plants, oil refineries, offshore platforms, power generation, pulp and paper plants, desalination plants, food industry, brewing, pharmaceutical plants.
• Heat Exchanger tubing - used in shell & tube, air coolers, condensers, feedwater heaters
• Finned tubes for heat exchangers.
• Mechanical tubing - used in aerospace, medical, sports equipment.

Quality

Mills are certified in accordance with ISO 9001/9002 and approved by major outside inspection authorities.

Non destructive testing - in accordance with material standards including eddy current, hydrostatic, air under water, ultrasonic and to clients' requirements.

Chemical analysis and mechanical tests according to specification and clients' requirements.

Specifications

• Tolerances are to the specification and ASTM A450
• Other standards such as BS, DIN, NF, UNI, JIS, GOST are available.
