Copper Alloys
Seamless copper
and copper alloy tubes (aluminium brass, admiralty brass, 70/30 brass, 90/10 copper nickel) are manufactured in accordance with international standards and specifications - ASTM, ASME, DIN, BS, JIS. Other specifications and clients' special requirements are possible. Tubes are manufactured for general use and heat exchangers. Tubes are manufactured/supplied in the following conditions:
- Drawn or extruded.
- Round, hexagonal or profiled (shape and dimensions to be confirmed on receipt of clients' drawing/specification).
- Metric or imperial measurements.
- Random or fixed lengths, coiling is possible on some sizes.
- Hard, half-hard or annealed condition.
- Testing by eddy current is standard for heat exchanger tubes, hydrostatic and pneumatic testing is possible by agreement.
- Packing in bundles or wood cases.
Typical sizes are given in the table below, other sizes are possible.

- Packing in bundles or wood cases.
