High Fin Tubes

General

Used in aircooled heat exchangers, air condensers and air preheaters.

• Core tube in accordance with clients' specifications.
• Fins in aluminium or copper, mild steel is also possible for G type.
• Tube diameter: 8mm to 50.8mm
• Tube wall thickness: in accordance with clients' specification.
• Tube length: up to 16000mm
• Tube material specication in accordance with clients' specification.
• Fin height: 6.2mm to 25.4mm
• Fin pitch: 197 to 531 fins per metre (5 to 13.5 fins per inch)
• Fin thickness: 0.3mm to 0.76mm
• Fin material specification in accordance with clients' specification.

Fin Types

	G Type Strip wound on the core tube and embedded in a groove in the core tube Maximum operating temperature: 400°C
	L Type Strip wound on the core tube with L shape foot Maximum operating temperature: 130°C
	LL Type Strip wound on the core tube with overlapped L shape foot Maximum operating temperature: 165°C
	KL Type Strip wound on the core tube with both L shape foot and core tube simultaneously knurled Maximum operating temperature: 250°C
	Extruded Cold rolled fins Maximum operating temperature: 285°C
	Extruded Serrated Type Cold rolled fins with longitudinal notches and inclined fin tips Maximum operating temperature: 285°C
